Jen is a social-emotional learning (SEL) and neuro-affirming wellbeing expert with over a decade of experience empowering families to thrive. She holds a Master of Arts in Human Development, Learning & Culture (specialising in SEL) from the University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Psychology from Roosevelt University.
Jen’s approach is grounded in the latest research in neurobiology, supported by specialised professional development in ADHD and Autism through the University of Derby (endorsed by the UK’s ADHD Foundation). She is a fully accredited facilitator for the 'Tuning in to Kids', 'Tuning in to Teens', and 'Tuning in to Students'® programs. Previously a Senior Trainer at the Institute of Positive Education, Jen is currently completing a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
As a mother of two young daughters, she combines her high-level academic expertise with a grounded, empathetic understanding of family life to help neurodivergent households navigate their unique challenges with compassion and confidence.
Sarah is a highly experienced paediatric occupational therapist with over 15 years in the field. Her holistic, family-centered, and strengths-based approach shines through her collaborative work with neurodiverse communities, particularly children aged 2-12 years. Sarah holds a Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy and a Master of Public Health, where her innovative research into culturally appropriate healthcare for families living with disability gained national and international recognition. A trained 'Tuning in to Kids' and 'Tuning in to Teens' facilitator, Sarah is committed to evidence-based practice and enjoys witnessing parents gain tools to support their child's emotional needs. Please note: Our associate facilitator role may vary depending on program needs.
