Are you a parent or carer of a child (3–10 years old) with ASD or ADHD? The Family Harmony Project offers a private, 1:1 delivery of the evidence-based 'Tuning in to Kids' program.
This program is designed to help you invest in your child’s future and is eligible for coverage under your child’s NDIS plan (Capacity Building). By focusing on the core framework of Emotion Coaching, we tailor each session to meet the specific developmental and sensory needs of your child.

How to Secure Your 1:1 Intake
How to Secure Your 1:1 Intake
To make the process as straightforward as possible, we follow a simple three-step intake:
Step 1: Check Availability & Book
Visit our Live Booking Calendar to view current session availability. You are welcome to book your full 6-session block in advance to secure your preferred time slots, or book them one at a time — whatever suits you best.
Format: All sessions are 1.5 hours in duration.
Location: Conducted online via a secure Google Meet link.
Step 2: Complete the NDIS Quote Form (below)
Once you have pencilled in your sessions, please complete the NDIS Quote Form below. This allows us to generate the necessary documentation for your Plan Manager or NDIS portal.
Step 3: Funding Confirmation
Self-Managed: We will send you an invoice to upload to your portal for reimbursement.
Plan-Managed: We will send a pro forma invoice directly to your Plan Manager for approval.
Please note: Bookings are confirmed once the intake form is reviewed and funding is processed.

This private delivery is ideal for parents who want the full 'Tuning in to Kids' curriculum but require the flexibility and focus of a one-on-one setting.
Session Rate: $120.09 per 1.5-hour session (Charged at the NDIS rate of $80.06/hr).
Total Investment: $720.54 for the full 6-session series (9 hours total).
Billing Cycle: Invoices are issued after each session for your convenience.
NDIS Line Item: 15_038_0117_1_3 (Parent and Carer Training).
Cancellation Policy & Short Notice Cancellations
Cancellation Policy & Short Notice Cancellations
To ensure sustainable service delivery and fair access for all families, Family Harmony Project adheres to the NDIS Short Notice Cancellation policy:
Notice Period: We require at least 7 clear business days' notice to cancel or reschedule a session without charge.
Short Notice: Cancellations made with less than 7 business days' notice, or "no-shows," will be charged at 100% of the scheduled session fee ($120.09).
Billing: In the event of a short notice cancellation, an invoice will be issued to your Plan Manager or portal for the missed session, clearly marked as a 'Short Notice Cancellation'.
