Family Harmony Project builds upon the 6-week 'Tuning in to Kids' program, an evidence-based parenting program developed by Melbourne University. This tailored program specifically supports parents and carers of children aged 3-10 years old with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental delays.
Through engaging activities, group discussions, and expert guidance you'll:
Empower your child to understand, express, and manage their emotions effectively: Our practical strategies, grounded in evidence-based emotion coaching, equip you with the tools to navigate big feelings together.
Build stronger connections and reduce meltdowns: Learn how to respond with empathy and guidance, fostering positive communication and building a calmer, more harmonious family unit.
Experience the difference: See real-world results in behaviour, social interactions, and overall family happiness.
Navigate your own emotions with confidence: We recognise the challenges parents face. Our facilitators offer a unique perspective and practical tools to help you stay calm and collected, even in the midst of emotional moments.
Gain support and understanding: Connect with like-minded parents in a safe space (plus from the comfort of your own home!), sharing experiences and learning from each other.
Ready to connect more deeply with your child, nurture your family's resilience, and create a harmonious, thriving home environment?
